LANE, J®MN MAZZA, Cbmmissiamrfis 43 F�, Ili agree that Washington County will not assume liability for any property damages resulting from the changing of the above named highway as contemplated'by these Plans; or any damages arising out of any changes or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of this highway; or any damages resulting to any property holdings of any Public Utility Company; nor will the County assume any damages resulting to any coal or other minerals in and underlying the property affected by this improvement;•but that Washington County will contribute the sum of One Thousand and Ninety ($1090.00) Dollars toward the payment of damages due to the improvement of State Highway Route 62195-S1. This contribution by Washington County to be made with the understanding that pay- ment will be made only upon certification from the Secretary of Highways that the amount of One Thousand and Ninety Dollars has been expended by the Department of Highways in the settlement of property damages for the aforesaid improvement. adjourned. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Lucille R. Manion, be appointed as a assistant telephone operator; this action to be retroactive to May 1, 1958. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Edward R. Stotka, be appointed as a temporary field crew worker in the Tax Assessment Office, this action to be retroactive to May 1, 1958. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Nicholas R. Naccetelli, be ed as a temporary field crew worker in the Tax Assessment Office, this action to be retroactive to May 5, 1958. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following persons be named as assistants to the official return board to compute the votes cast in the Primary Election which is to be held on May 20, 1958.
