Board of County Commissioners in special session, those present being
Pettit and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Rose Marie C. Mazza, be
as a temporary clerk in the Tax Claim Bureau, this action to be effective June 1, 1958.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.

Mr. J. Blatch Cummins having taken the oath of office of the said County Combs..
sioners subscribed to before the Court of Common Pleas at lI:OO a.m.! Tuesday, June 3, 1958s to
fill the vacancy created by the resignation of William J. Lane, effective June 1, 1958. As
required by the Act of Assembly the said oath of office was filed with the Prothonotary's Office
and Mr. Cummins bond having been approved and filed with: the County Controller's Office.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that J. Blatch Cummins be elected
secretary of the Board.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come.before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.
