Beard of County Commissioners in regular session, these present being
Pettit, Cummins and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Joseph Muscaro, be appointed
as Superintendent of the Bridge Department; this action to be effective June 9, 1958.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Sidney W, Seibert, Jr., be
appointed as Field Overseer of the Bridge Department; this action to be effective June lb, 1958.
Motion carried unanimously.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being
Pettit.. Cummins and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Alan W. Michalski, be appointed
as a temporary field crew Worker in the Tag Assessment Office, this action to be retroactive to
June 1, 1958.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that a resolution be prepared voicing
the Commissioners objections to the removing of the Pennsylvania Training School located at
Morganza and that a copy of said resolution be forwarded to the Governor of the Commonwealth, of
Pennsylvania, Department of Welfare and the Auditor General.
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the site of the Pennsylvania Training School located at Morganza in
Washington County represents a great investment in plant, lands, and -buildings.. and
WHEREAS, said location is ideal for an institution for a rehabilitation unit for
retarded children, and
