PTTtk.i ,J kZA, COMMISSIONERS VIEREAS, said site should not be charged or relocated without the sacrifice of plans as originally recommended by the Department of Welfare, and there exists no compelling reason for the relocation of such center for the rehabilitation and treatment of juvenile delinquents and children with metal or behavior problems, and Washington County has been designated as a distress area in the Common- wealth of Pennsylvania, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Comi.ssioners of ton County, Pennsylvania, objects to and protests any action to remove such center or clinics from Washington County or to relocating it outside said Washington County. Motion carried unanimously. Notion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the forth coming tax sale scheduled by the Washington County Tau Claim Bureau for July 14, 1958 at 10:00 a.m., E.S.T., be postponed for a period of sixty (60) days to September 12, 1958. This postponement is ized under the Provisions of the Act of Assembly passed on July 7, 1947, P.L. 1.368. Motion carried unanimously. Motion duly made and seconded that the following employees are to be deleted from the County Payroll, effective the lot day of July, 1958 George Harris Chris Vlachos Motion carried unanimously. Account No. 103, Courthouse Account No, 109, Tax Claim Bureau Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following nanedporsons be employed on a temporary basis as Field Crew Workers in the Tax Assessment Office; this action to be effective June 16, 1958.
