Mr. Mazza ordered that all bids be tabled and a meeting be arranged with a commi
of the Bar Association, County Commissioners and all Bidders, in order that their equipment may
be demonstrated. The Chief Clerk's Office to notify all companies when said meeting will take
place.
After the committee has presented the County with their recommendation and a oom-
plate study has been made by the Commissioners, the contract will be awarded or all bids rejected
on July 28, 1958 at 1:30 P.M.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Commissioners
Pettit, Cibudns and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the proposal of Jefferson Coal
and Coke Corporation, dated July 8, 1958 be accepted and that Jefferson Coal and Coke Corporation
be notified to proceed, in accordance to said proposal, to grade the area for the new hangar site
and install a water inlet and fifty four (541) feet of pipe as shown on the plan preWed by
