ingress to undertake the duties and responsibilities of the position of Executive Director of
both the Industrial Development and Redevelopment Authorities, and for volunteering his service
without compensation.
Mr. Kassab's capable and dedicated administration and practical guidance assures
the future success of the authority's long range program.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Keery Mcrimbley, be appointed as
the Executive Director of both the Industrial Development and Redevelopment Authorities.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in special session, those present being
Pettit, Cummins and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Allan Adamsky, be appointed as
a temporary employee in the Tax Assessment Office, for a period of six weeks, this action to be
retroactive to July 16, 1958.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being
Pettit, Cummins and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the awarding of the Microfilm-
ing, Microfilm Readers and Filing Cabinets contracts for the Office of the Recorder of Deeds be
postponed until August 18, 1958.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the County Solicitor be author-
ized to advertise for bids for appraising and evaluating all real estate in Washington County.
