COMPANY, Monongahela, Pennsylvania, and the WARD PR.INTINC COMPANY, Washington, Pennsylvania,
being a joint bid, for the prices as set forth in their joint bid; this being the lowest respork•
sible bidder. Bids for printing and delivering ballots for General Election were opened and
tabled on August 8, 1958.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr, Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the WILLIAM G. JOHNSTON COMPANY,
JOHN J. MALONEY, P.O. Bax 6759, Pittsburgh 12, Pennsylvania, be awarded -the contract for the
furnishing and delivering to the Office of the County Commissioners election supplies for the
General Election to be held on Tuesday, November 4, 1958, for the sum of $1$725.00 (One thousand
seven hundred twenty-five dollars); this being the only and lowest responsible bidder. Bids for
election supplies had been opened and tabled on August 8, 1958,
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr, Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that T. M. MILLION, R. D. 4, Wash-
ington, Pennsylvania, be awarded the contract for the delivery of ballot boxes containing electic
supplies for the General Election to be held on November 4, 1958, to Judges of Election for the
one hundred eighty-eight (188) Precincts of Washington County for the am of $700.00 (seven
Hundred Dollars); this being the only and lowest responsbile bidder. Bids for delivery of balloi
boxes had been opened and tabled on August 8, 1958.
Motion carried,
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that REMINGTON RAND, 312 Starmix
Street, Pittsburgh 22, Pennsylvania, be awarded the contract for Microfilning of records in the

Recorder of Deeds Office for the price set forth in their bid; this being the lowest responsible
bidder, The Washington County Solicitor is instructed to prepare the contract.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that REMIMTON RAND, 312 Stanwix
Street, Pittsburgh 22, Pennsylvania, be awarded the contract for Filing Cabinets and Microfilm
Readers to be used in the Recorder of Deeds Office for the price set forth in their bid; this
being the lowest responsible bidder.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meetin
adjourned.

Motion by Mr, Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following resolutions in
regards to the sale of properties for unpaid taxes by the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau
be adopted.
