Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following men be called
back to the Bridge Department.

Remarks by Mr. John Mazza: "'After I had made a careful study of the budget
and financial status of the County, I find it necessary to go along with this motion, because of
the necessity and importance of the work that has to be done on the bridges before winter sets
Motion carried unanimously with Mr. Elish concurring.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the Tax Claim Bureau be
authorized to prepare a refund voucher in the amount of $1.22, to be made payable to Vera Leone
Neish, 303 Taylor Drive, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. Vera Neish paid tax in the amount of $29.07
on June 3, 1958, tax including real estate and occupation, assessed in Canonsburg 2nd Ward. She
also is assessed and paid tax for same in Canonsburg 1st Ward occupation listing on June 24, 1958
making a duplication payment in occupation tax in the amount of $1.22. In view of this duplicate
payment of 1958 occupation tax, the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said refund voucher
in the amount of $1.22, made payable to Vera Leone Neish, 303 Taylor Drive, Canonsburg, Pennsylva
