PETTi 1; W�r$a�' JitIiE JDFiiN AA'ZZA, Ccjmmjssiat4rLRs 1 1 Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the Tax Claim Bureau be authors to prepare a refund voucher in the amount of $48,45, to be made payable to Nicholas Palmer, 48 E. Maiden Street, Washington, Pennsylvania, On July ?, 1958, Mr. Palmer paid his 1958 real estate tax in the amount of $48.45 on property assessed in the 4th Ward of Washington and described as 2 story frame house, Lot,.DB 994-405 S. College Street. At a later date, this property was transferred by tax adjustment no. 353 to Joseph L, and Angela B, Marchione, at which time, Mr. Marchione paid tax on same property thus making a duplicate payment. In view of this duplicate payment, the Tax Claim Bureau is. authorized to prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $48.1 made payable to Nicholas Palmer, 48. E. Maiden Street, Washington, Pennsylvania. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that John R. Thornton, Jr., be appointed as a draftsman replacing Anthony J. Interval.in the Engineers Office, this action to retroactive to August 16, 1958. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that John Abraham., be appointed as a temporary employee, for a period of two weeks, in the Tax Assessment Office, this action to be retroactive to'August 16, 1958. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cunuins, that the Board of County C setting as the Registration Commission of Washington County approve the following additional registration days f6r the General Election to be held ©n November 4, 1958. September 8 Canonsburg Borough Building 1:00 p,m. to 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 P.M. September 9 September 10 September 11 adjourned.
