Motion carried unanimously, Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the Tax Claim Bureau be author- ized to prepare a refund voucher -in the amount of $1.28, to be made payable to Dorothy Nelva Clax c/o Mrs. Wa. Scott, 66 Sumner Avenue, Washington, Pennsylvania. Dorothy Melva Clark, paid tax ix the amount of $11.57'on October 1, 1957, tax included real estate and occupation for property assessed in the 6th Ward of the City of Washington. On September 30, 1957, occupation tax for the year 1957 was paid in the amount of $1.28, due to the fact, that she is alm "oessed in the Occupation Listing as Dorothy Clark, by paying this tax a duplicate payment was created. There- fore, the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said refund voucher in the amount of 1.28, made payable to Dorothy Nelva Clark c/o Mrs. Wm. Scott, 66 Sumner Avenue, Washington, Pennsylvahl Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following persons be ap- pointed as temporary field crew workers in the Tax Assessment Office; this action to be retroacti to September 2, 1958. These temporary employees are replacing the following field crew workers: Ralph Zarlino, George Bitsko, Allan Adamsky and John Abraham. .Edmond Trapuzzano Raymond Gallagher Edward Progar Steve Dasta Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following persons be appointed as temporary field crew workers in the Tax Assessment Office; this action to be retro- active to September 2, 1958. James Richey Joseph Mosliek Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Edward Bakewell, Jr., be appointed as temporary field crew worker in the Tax Assessment Office, this action to be retro- active to September 3, 1958. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Mike Mreaak, be appointed as an engineer in the Boiler Room replacing George Harris, this action to be effective September 16, 1958. Mr. Mrenak is being transferred from the Washington County Hew and hospital for Meat. Motion carried unanammously.
