Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Commis-
sioners Pettit, Cummins and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza., that Mary E. Koval,, Clerk in the
Tax Assessment Office., be appointed as Assistant Supervisor to Isabelle Flynn, Supervisor of thel
Tax Assessment Office., this action to be retroactive to September 16, 1958.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Carolyn McDonald be appointed)
as a Clerk in the Tax Claim Bureau,, this action to be retroactive to September 16, 1958.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins., that Dorothy Carroll., be appointed)
as a Clerk in the Registration Office, this action to be retroactive to September 16, 195k.

Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza., that a refund voucher in the
of $44.63 be made payable to Mellon National Bank and Trust Company, Mellon Square, Pittsburgh,
30., Pennsylvania,, due to a duplicate payment of 1958 County Tax. On July 25., 1958, the Mellon
National Bank and Trust Company paid the 1958 County Tax on property assessed in the name of
Edward J. & Genevieve M. Clemmens c/o Mellon National Bank and Trust Company and described as
follows: 7 room brick house, 0,9926 acre surface DB 867-414 J A Flack., situate in Peters Town-
ship,, in the amount of $42.40. On August 29,, 1958, the Mellon National Bank and Trust Company
again paid the 1958 County Tax on said described property in the amount of $44,,63, thus creating
a duplicate, payment. Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau, is authorized to prepare said refund
voucher in the amount of $44.63, made payable to Mellon National Bank and Trust Company, Mellon
Square, Pittsburgh 30., Pennsylvania, attention John G. Roch,, Mortgage Division.
