Motion carried unanimously. meeting adjourned, Octot ATTE,c lI 110. 246-B There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., October 8, 1958 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Commis- sioners Pettit, Cummins and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau is hereby authorized to cancel Treasurer's Tax Sale of April 24, 194o, for the 193 1933-1934 County, School and Road Taxes, plus sale costs, for the property assessed to Slavonic Catholic Parsonage and described as 2 story frame 4 room house No. 1006 and Lot No. 32, E/S Fallowfield Avenue, situate in the Borough of Charleroi, Washington County, Pennsylvania; in as much as, this was a duplicate assessment. Said property being assessed in the exempt property since 1929 as part of church property and also, assessed in the taxable for said years. There- fore, the tax sale should be void and cancelled. The Tax Claim Bureau, The Tax Assessment Offi and the Office of the Prothonotary are hereby directed to mark their records accordingly. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau is hereby aurthorized to cancel Treasurer's Tax Sales of 1928, for the 1925 and 1927 County, School and Road Taxes., and January 23, 1940, for the 1928 County, School and Road Taxes, plus sale costs, for the property assessed to Charles Snowden and Mike Blosick a/k/a Mike Blosic'and described as 6 acres, adjoining Vesta Coal Company Property, East by Little Malden Road, West by Daisytown, Pennsylvania, also described as 6 Acres Surface, House and Lots, bou North by Vesta Coal Company, East by Snowden Farm, South and West by Little Malden Road, situate in East Pike Run Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania; in as much as, the assessment to Mike Blosick in East Pike Run Township was a duplication with the assessment of Mike Blosick in the Borough of Centerville. Therefore, the tax sale should be void and cancelled. The Tax Claim Bureau, the Assessment Office and the Office of the Prothonotary are hereby directed to mark their records accordingly. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau is hereby authorized to cancel a portion of the Treasurer's Tax Sale of June 12, 1928, for the 1925, 1926, 1927, County., School and Road Taxes, plus sale costs, for the property assessed to the Jenisee Land Company and described as Lot 99, situate in the Borough of Donora, 284 KIN UTE B,aoK BOARD OF' COUNTY COMMISSIONERS CWASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA FRANCIS E. PETTI a a, ,,� A2°ZA, COMMISSIONERS Washington County, Pennsylvania; -in as much as, the assessment to the Jenisee Land Company, for the year of 1925, was a duplication with the assessment of Suzi Kubic. The assessment for 1926 shows the assessment in the name of Suzi Kubid and also the Jenisee Land Company. .In 1926 this lot was transferred to Steve Skukan. The assessment for 1927 for said Lot 99 is in the name of both Steve Skukan and the Jenisee Land Company. The tax assessment records from 1928 to the present time show that this lot was assessed to the respective ownera in the chain of title. The tax assessment in the name of the Jenisee Land Company was an erroneous assessment acid a duplication of the assessment in the names of the record title owners. Therefore, the tax sale should be void and cancelled. The Tax Claim Bureau, the Assessment Office and the Office of the Prothonotary are hereby directed to mark their records accordingly. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the Washington County Tax Bureau is hereby authorized to cancel Treasurer's Tax Sale of April 25, 1940, for 1932, 1933 and 1934 County Taxes, plus sale costs for the property assessed to Nancy Rhoades Estate and describe as 2 story frame house and lot, 100 Third Avenue, Vacant Lot No. 11, Third Avenue, situate in the City of Monongahela, Second Ward, Washington County, Pennsylvania; in as much as, there is no lot number 11 on Third Avenue. Therefore, the Tax Sale should be void and cancelled. The Tax Claim Bureau, the Assessment Office and the Office of the Prothonotary are hereby directed to mark their records accordingly. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Gummins, that the Washington County Tax Bureau is hereby authorized to cancel Treasurer's Tax Sales as follows: 1. April 26, 194o (1932-33-34 Taxes) 2. March 24, 1942 (1935-36 Taxes) 3. March 24, 1942 (1935-36 Taxes) Robinson Township August Valentour Estate 2 Lots Nos. 56-57 Hudson Plan of Lots. Robinson Township August Valentour Estate 4 Vacant Lots Nos. 56-57-59-60 Hudson Plan of Lots. Robinson Township Mildred Wells 3 Lots, Hudson Plan of Lots. In as much as, August Valentour has no title to Lots No. 56-57 in the Hudson Plan of Lots. Lot No. 57 is a duplication in assessments -with that of Edward P. Smith, the rightful owner of said lot. Lots No. 56-59 and 60 are a duplication with the assessment of Mildred Wells. The assessment of 3 Lots, in the Hudson Plan of Lots to Mildred Wells is an incorrect assessment. Therefore, the tax sales should be void and cancelled. The Tax Claim Bureau, the Tax Assessment Office and the Office of the Prothonotary are hereby directed to mark their records accordingly. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mx. Mazza, that Minute Nos. 214, 215, 216, 217, 218, 219, 220, 221, 222, 223, 223-A, 224, 225, 226, 227, 228, 229, 230, 231, 232, 233, 234, 235, 236, 237, 238, 239, 240, 241, 241-A, 242, 243, 243-A, 244, 245 and 246, were read and approved. Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting L 7 adjourned.
