Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following resolution in regards to the sale of properties for unpaid taxes by the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau, be adopted: RESOLUTION NO. DAME OF PURCHASER DESCRIPTION OF PHJPERTY AMOUNT SOLD FOR 526 George Eennick and Agnes Beim property described as Vacant Hennick, his wife Lot No. 135, in the Pleasant View Plan of Lots, situate in South. Strabane Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, formerly assessed in the name of S. E. Reese. $70.00 adjourned. N0. Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting Office of the County Counissioners Washington, Pa., November 24, 1958 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Commissioners Pettit, Cummins and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Josephine Piccini, be appointed as a temporary clerk in the Tax Assessment Office, this action to be retroactive to November 16, 1958. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Lena Belle Hardy, be appointed as a clerk in the Tax Assessment Office, this action to be retroactive to November 16, 1958. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cumtsins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Freda Brock, be appointed as a clerk in the Tax Claim Bureau, this action to be retroactive to November 16, 1958. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Robert Duke, be appointed as a temporary employee in the Tax Claim Bureau replacing Gretrude Butti, this action to be retroactivs to November 16, 1958. Motion carried unanimously.
