FOURTH: The said bonds were authorized by a Resolution duly adopted by the affirmative vote of a majority of all the members of the Board of Commissioners of the County of Washington duly recorded upon the minutes of the said Board at a meeting held on the third day of December, 1958s, at which a quorum was present, which has been recorded according to law. FIFTH: The form, number and date of maturity of the said bonds and the annual tax levied for their payment at maturity and of the interest meanwhile are set forth in the Resolu- tion aforesaid, a true and correct copy of which is attached and made a part hereof. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We, the County Commissioners or a majority of them and Controller of the County of Washington, being authorized by the said Resolution to prepare, verity and file the above statement, have hereunto set our hands and affixed the seal of the Board of Commissioners of the County of Washington, this 3rd day of December, A. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the foll6wing resolutions in regards to the sale of properties for unpaid taxes by the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau, be adopted: RESOLUTION NO. Being property described as 1 Lot' #33, Block 2, in the Pleasant View Plan of Lots, situate in South Strabane Township, Washington County, Pemsylvania, formerly assessed in the name of Hilda Gray $100.00 Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the County Controller be authorized to advertise for furnishing Fleet Insurance in a reliable and approved stock company for public liability,property damage, comprehensive A.C.V., fire, theft and collision coverage on trucks, automobiles and road -building machinery owned and operated by Washington County. Bids to be received by the County Controller, in his Office in the Courthouse, Washington, Pennsylvania, until 11r00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, Monday, February, 2, 1959, and opened immediately thereafter in the Office of the County Commissioners. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the Tax Claim Bureau be authorized to cancel Treasurer's Tax Sales of January 22, 1940 and April 22, 1940, for the 1927 Road Tax and 1931 County Tax, plus sale costs for the property assessed to Frank Corizola a/k/a Frank Gonzala, situate in the Borough of Burgettstown, Washington County, Pennsylvania, described as 2 Vacant Lots #94 N. S. Bell Avenue, #144 N. S. Oak Street, also described as Lot No. 94. Frank Gonzola does not have record title to the above property, Therefore, the tax sale should be void and cancelled. The Tax Claim Bureau, the Assessment Office and the Office of the Prothonotary are hereby directed to mark their records accordingly. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the Tax Claim Bureau be authorized to cancel a portion of the Treasurer's Tax Sale of April 22, 1940, for the 1931 1932-1933-193it County, School and Road Taxes, plus sale costs, for the property assessed to Frank Celso and described as 2 Vacant Lots No. 94-95, W/S Bell Avezmze,also described as Vacant Lot #94, Pine Street, situate in the Borough of Burgettstown, Washington County, Pennsylvania; in as much as, Frank Celso does not have record title to Vacant Lot 94, Pine Street. Legal title to Lot ,#95; is held by Joseph Musearo, et ux., by deed of Edgard F. Guna, et ux., dated April 5, 1947, re- corded in Deed Book 723, Page 522. Therefore, the tax sale should be void and cancelled. The Tax Claim Bureau, the Assessment Office and the Office of the Prothonotary are hereby directed to mark their records accordingly. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that a refund voucher in the amount of $2.44 be made payable to Gene A. Bebout, R. D. 1, Washington, Pennsylvania, due to a duplicate payment of occupation tax for the year of 1957. On July 23, 1957, Mr. Bebout paid 1957 County Tax on property situate in Chartiers Township also his occupation tag for himself and his wife which had been included on the 1957 tag statement in the total aunt of $10.91, ($2.44 the total of occupation tax), on the same date, Mr. Bebout paid occupation tax for himself and his wife (this tax being listed in the back of the occupation listing) in the total amount of $2.44, thus making a duplicate payment. Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau, is authorized to prepare said r voucher in the amount of $2.44_. made payable to Gene A. Bebout, R. D. 1, Washington, Pennsylvanid. Motion carried unanimously.
