Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the Resolution of the
Borough of
California, Washington County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, requesting authorization from the
Washington County Tax Claim Bureau for
permission to construct, reconstruct and install storm
sewers through the following described
property owned by Washington County be adopted:

ALL that certain piece or parcel of ground situate in California Borough
(formerly East
Pike Run Township), Washington County,
Pennsylvania, known as lot No. 27, Thompson
Plan of Lots,
as recorded in Plan Book Pdo. 1, page 101. BEIIIG the same premises formerly owned by Morris Crispen
and sold to Washington County, Pennsylvania, by the Treasurer of Washington County,
on April 25,
19%0.

Board of County Commissioners in special session, those present being Commissioners
Pettit and Cummins.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Genevieve Parry be appointed as a
cleaning woman, at the Courthouse, this action to be retroactive to January 20, 1959.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that George Harris be appointed as a
Fireman in the Boiler Room, this action to be retroactive to January 15, 1959.
