County Institution District for the fiscal year 1959 have been prepared and adopted and are ayo.1._
able for public inspection in the Office of the Chief Clerk to the County Commissioners, Courthouse,
Washington, Pennsylvania, for a period of twenty (20) days or until April 1, 1959.

Motion carried unanimously.
After receiving legal opinion from Mr. Docktor, County Solicitor, etating that J. B.
E KREIDIM COMPANY, did not met the specifications as advertised for election supplies, the follo*ing
motion was made by Mr, Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the contract for furnishing Election
Supplies for the Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, May 19, 1959, be awarded to the WIi.LIAM

f G. JOHNSTON COMPAtBY, P� 0. Box 6759, Pittsburgh 12, Pennsylvania, for the sum of One Thousand
Eight Hundred and Twenty Five Dollars ($1,825.00); this being the only bid received that met the
specifications as advertised.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Commissioners
Pettit, Cummins and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the County Controller be authorized
to advertise for construction of storm water newer under South Franklin Township Road No. 530 and
thro the property of G. A. McDonald et. ux. to carry storm water from lands of County Airport to
a small tributary of Chartiers Creek. Bids to be received by the County Controller, in this Offica
in the Courthouse, Washington, Pennsylvania, until 11:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, April 10,
1959, and opened immediately thereafter in the Office of the County Controller.
