Those present being Comi.ssioners Pettit, Cummins, Mazza and County Controller's Bookkeeper, Benjamin Murdock. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by -Mr. Mazza, that due to the fact that no bids were received for the filing cabinets to be used by the Treasurer's office, uhich were advertised in the Washington Observer on March 9, 14, and 17, 1959, according to the Act of Assembly., the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to obtain quotations on the said filing cabinets. Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned.
