BOX 6759, PITTSBUROH 12, PENNSYLVANIA, be awarded the contract for the furnishing and delivering to the Office of the County Commissioners: Election Supplies for the 1!mdaipal General Election to be held on Tuesdaby, November 3, 1959, for the total sum of $1,825,00; this being the only and lowest bid received. Notion carried unanimously, Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Massa, that MD1JDNG0ELA PUKJMIIG CO Aff, MNONGAH A.. PENNSYLVANIA and WAFM PBINTIND CORNY, iIAMIII10TGN, rpsaita"VANTA, be awarded the contract for the furnishing and delivering to the Office of the County iCawdesionerst necessary ballots for the conduct of the Municipal General Election to be held on Tuesday.. Arr t Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., .August 17, 1959 Board of County Commissioners in regular session those present beingt Commissioners Pettit, Cumerins and Massa. - Lotion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Massa, that due to the fact, that an emergency arouse making it necessary to repair the drains of the County Jail Building, the following e submitted by John Nicolella of Washington, Pa., be accepted in the amount of $660,00, Mr, Htcolia will furnish all labor, material equipment, and the necessary insurance► to complete the job, along with a guarantee against any leaNage within a period of two (2) years, Notion carried unanimously, Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Massa, that due to the fact, that an arouse making it necessary to 4lsce the roof over the front porch of the Court , the follaw ing estimate submitted by John Nicolella of Washington, Pa., be accepted in the amount of Mr. Nicolella is to remove the old roof and replace it with a John Mansville (5) Ply Bonded koof, also furnish all material, labor, and the necessary insurance to complete the job.
