to transfer from the General Fund to the Washington ounty, Liquid Fuels Tax Fund $50,000.00;
is the third temporary loan for the year of 1959.

There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session those present being: Commissioners
Pettit and Cummins.
Motion by Mr, Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that a refund voucher in the amount of
$9.69 be made payable to Robert F. Kellerman, 252 Rutledge Drive, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania,
being that this amount was paid in error by Mr. Kellerman. 0n July 10, 1959s, the amount of $9.69
was paid for 1959-County Tax by Mr. Kellerman on property situate in Peters Township, Washington
County, Pennsylvania, assessed in the name of Robert F. and Yolanda R. Kellerman and described
• 6- Section DB 1028-181 Collinswood Acres Plan. On August i 1959 the amount•of

$9.69 was paid by his bank; this beinglthe correct payment, therefore a refund is due to Mr.
Kellerman. Therefore, the Tax Assessment Office, upon proper certification of incorrect payment
by the County Treasurer's Office and approval of the County Controller, is hereby authorized to
prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $9.69, payable to Robert F. Kellerman, 252 Rutledge
Drive, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania.

Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by -Mr. Pettit, that the following polling place be
changed as follows, due to the fact, that the East End School is closed.
Centerville Borough - 2nd Precinct
From: East End School
To: Phil Parkinson Bldg. at Ball Field
Rental: From $5.00 to $20.00 (Increase)
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following polling place be
changed as follows, due to the fact, that a more centrally located place is needed.
Independence Township - 2nd
From: Old Fire Hg1.1 - Avelia
To: New Fire Hall - Avella
Rental: -loom $5.00 to $15.00 (Increase)

Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following polling place be
changed as follows, due to the fact, that a more convenient and centrally located place is
needed.
