LOWSTUTER, COMMISSIONERS in Peters Township. The valuation on this assessment was carried as $7,200.00, whereas the correct assessment is $6,400.00 a difference of $800.00, the tax on which is $10.20. The tax on this assessment was paid at discount, therefore making the tax refund due in the amount of $9.69. The duplicate tax receipt is on file in the Tax Assessment Office. The Tax Assessment Office, is hereby authorized to prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $9.69, payable to John E. & Heidi A. Quinn, 696 Rolling Green Drive, Bethel Parkm Pennsylvania. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that a refund voucher in the amount of $2.72 be made payable to John W. & Addie C. Wise, 811 Addison Street, Washington, Pennsylvaftia !due to a duplicate payment of 1959 County Real Estate and Occupation Tax. Property listed in ;the name of John W. & Marie Lenora Haught, was purchased by John W. & Addie C. Wise, described i las 2 story frame house and garage, Lot, 231 South Lincoln Avenue, 4th Ward of Washington, tax in the amount of $28.16, was paid by John W. & Addie C. Wise, this included Real Estate and !Occupation 16x. Mr. & Mrs. Wise also paid Occupation Tax along with other real estate tax on I !property situate in the 8th Ward of Washington, thus causing a duplicate payment of 1959 Oc- ;cupation Tax in the amount of $2.72, therefore causing a refund due in said amount. The Tax ;Assessment Office, upon proper certification of duplicate payment by the County Treasurer's JOffice and approval of the County Controller, is hereby authorized to prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $2.72, payable to John W. & Addie C. Wise, 811 Addison Street, Wash- ington, Pennsylvania. Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the bond for the County Treasurer be set at $300,000.00. Motion carried unanimously Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Anthony Note, Insurance Agency, be awared the contract for issuing the $300,000.00 County Treasurer's Bond, subject to the approval of the Court of Common Pleas. Amual premium of said bond to be $1,062.50. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the bond for the Prothonotary be iset at $40,000.00. Buckley, Insurance Agency, be awarded the contract for issuing the 40,000.00 Prothonotary's Bond, subject to the approval of the Court of Common Pleas. The four (4) year term to be $497.00 to be broken down and paid in annual installments. Motion carried un>ani.mously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the bond for the Clerk of Courts be set as follows: Court of Quarter Sessions, $10,000.00 and for the Oyer and Terminer Court, Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins., seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Anthony Note, Insurance Agency, be awarded the contract for issuing the $10,000.00 bond for the Court of Quarter Sessions and thq 1,000,.00 bond for the Oyer and Terminer Court, subject to the approval of the Court of Cron Pleas, annual premium of said $1.0,000.00 bond to be $35.00 and annual premium of said $1,000.00 bond to be $1.0.00. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the Public Employees Blatket Bond for the Office of the Register of Wills and Clerk of Orphans Court be set at $5,000.00. Motion carried unanimously, Motion by Mr. Cm=dw, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Francis J. Buckley, Insurance Agency, be awarded the contract for issuing the $5000.00 Public Employees Blanket•Bond for the Office of the Register of dills and Clerk of Orphans Court, subject to the approval of the Court of Common Pleas. The four (4) year term prep inn to be $298.," Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr.. Cummins., seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the bond for the Chief Clerk to the County Commissioners be set at $1,000.00. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Frank Can,><toni, Insurance Agency, be awarded the contract to issue the $l,000.00 Bond for the Chief Clerk to the County Commis. sioners. The four (4) year term premium to be $17.75. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that a transfer of 5:400.00 be paid out of the General Fund to the Liquid Fuels Tax Fund. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that a transfer of $25,123.75 be paid from the General Fund to the Liquid Fuels Tax Sinking Fund., to cover the principal and interest of the outstanding bonds and coupons which would be due prior to January 1, 1960 and that re- main uncollected. Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned.
