Board of Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs, Pettit,
Notion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following Court House
employees be re -appointed to January 16, 1952, until further action by the Board of Commissioners:

Rose Hayes, Cleaning Woman:
Helen Davis Maple, Cleaning Woman.
Emma Wise, Cleaning Woman

Lula E. Swart, Cleaning Woman

Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following named persons be
employed as Court House employees for the year 1952, covering the period from the first Monday in
January, 1952, to the first Monday in January, 1953, with proviso that each may be dismissed upon
thirty days' notice:
Russell Adams, Chief Engineer
Colin Swingle, Assistant Engineer
Paul Sikora, Assistant Engineer
George Harris, Assistant Engineer
Russell Scott, Janitok
Ulysses Walters, Janitor
George Fritchle, bight Watchman
Frank Alderson, Assistant Engineer
Michael Gergitch, Assistant Engineer

Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Lula Henry be appointed as Matron
of the Juvenile Detention Home and that Violet French be appointed as Assistant Matron of the
Juvenile Detention Home for the year 1952, covering the period frcm, the first Monday in January,
1952, to the first Monday in January, 1953, with proviso that each may be dismissed upon thirty
days' notice.
