Beard of Commissioners in regular session,, those present being Messrs. Pettit and.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Minute Rios. 295f 296, 297, 298,
1, 2, 3 and 4 were read and approved.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Dolores Megyesy, an employee of
the Tax Assessment Office has been transferred to the Washington County Institution District as
the Secretaxy to the Welfare Director; this action being effective January 21, 1952.
Motion carried.
There being no farther business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.

Board of Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Pettit,
Lane and Mazza..
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit,, that the County Controller be author-
ized to advertise for Bids for furnishing and delivering Two (2) Dodge cars; One (1) two -door
Standard Wayfarer with Heater, Defroster and Undercoated and One (1) four -door Standard Meadow -
brook with Heater.. Defroster and Undercoated, to be used in the District Attorney -Is Office; said
bids to be received until 11s00 a.m., EST., Friday, February 8, 1952, and opened immddiately
thereafter ih. the Office of the County Commissioners; a certified check in the amount of $500.00
must accompany proposal of each bidder and the right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
Motion mutnimously carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.
