LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS ized to print the County Controllerts Report for the year 1951. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lame, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Mamie Shafer be appointed Assess-1 or in Coal Center Borough, filling the vacancy existing. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that a refund voucher in the amount of $19.13 paid on January 8, 1952, be made payable to Henry and Margaret Wheat, West Alexander, Pennsylvania, on property situated in the Borough of Wiest Alexander. This refund being made, due to the fact, that on March 7, 1951, the same amount of $19.13_-was paid for the 1950 County Tax. Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said voucher for the refund of this duplicate pay - went. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that a refund voucher in the amount of $16.25 paid on July 6, 1951, be made payable to Anna M. Wasler, 955 Broad Street, Washington, Pennsylvania., on property situated in the City of Washington-8th Ward. This refund being made, due to the fact that on July 11, 1951, the same amount of $16.25 was paid for the 1951 County Tax by Arthur B. and Frances Miller through a tax adjustment. Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare the said voucher for the refund of this duplicate payment. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that a refund voucher in the amount of $30.69 paid on August 1, 1951, be made payable to E. G. Haines, 314. Pest College St., Canonsburg.,- Pa.,, on property situated in the Borough of Canonsburg-2nd Ward. This refund being made, due to the fact that on June 23, 1951, the same amount of $30.69 was paid for the 1951 County Tax. Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said voucher for the refund of this duplicate payment. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit;. that Minute Nos. 12, 13 and 14 were read and approved. Motion carried.
