LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS 25 Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be and is directed to cancel the Treasurer's Tax Sale of April 22, 1940, for the 1931, 32, 332 34, County, School and Road taxes plus sale costs for the property assessed to John M. O'Rourke and described at "4 V. Lots 143-144-145-146 North Side of Raymond Street situate in Burgettstown Borough, inasmuch as, the assessment of these four lots to John OtRotu ke is incorrect as John OtRourke never had title to the said four lots. J. Winfield Reed being the rightful owner for said year and is still the record owner of said lots. The Tax Claim Bureau, the Assessment Office and the Office of the Prothonotary are hereby directed to mark their records accordingly. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be and is directed to ca eel the Treasurer's Tax Sale of January 22, 1940, for the 1928 County Tax plus sale costs, for property assessed to Dominick Francisco and described as "1 lot 207 Chartiers Ave., Block 102 Cecil Improvement Plan situate in the First Ward., Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, inasmuch as, the assessment to Dominick Francisco was not correct as he was not the record owner for the said ye The record owner being August Valentour for the year of 1922 through 1928. In October 29, 1925 the said August Valentour sold the said property to Luigi DiRosato, who is the present record owner. The Tax Claim Bureau, the Assessment Office and the Office of the Prothonotary are hereby directed to mark their records accordingly. Motion carried. The following action was taken with the Board of Commissioners sitting as the Registration Commission. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following Polling Place be designated as follows; petition for said change having been duly presented to the Board prior to ten days before the Election and notices of the contemplated change posted as required by lava: Monongahela City, lst Ward, 2nd Precinct From: Turri Building To: Don Lee Motors Rental: Same - $25.00 Motion carried.
