LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS and Revision of Taxes be authorized to prepare voucher for refund in favor of Metro & Helen , Gaborech, R. D. #1, Scenery Hill, Pa., in the amount of 19.86, covering 1951 County tax paid under date of July 30, 1951 on real estate assessed at $2.,200 and described as frame house and garage and lot adjoining Chas. beaver in North Bethlehem Township. This property was transferred in error to Metro and Helen Gaborech on February 1, 1951 and on May 31, 1951 was transferred back) to Eli Grable by adjustment number 4073. However, Metro Gaborech having received a county tax statement for 1951 paid this tax as shown on the Treasurerts book and by the attached receipt. When the transfer was made back to Eli Grable, he also paid,the tax on this property as shown by the Treasurerts records. Motion carried. I) I Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Raymond Yeager be appointed Assessor in North Charleroi Borough, filling the vacancy existing. Motion carried. I Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Jack Hommey be appointed Assessor , filling the vacancy existing. in Finleyville Borough!� Motion carried. s s Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Genevieve Parry be employed as a Cleaning roman at the Court House; this action being effective April 16, 1952. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Lester Ingram, Laborer in the Bridge Department, be notified that his leave= -of -absence has expired and is to return to work on April 16, 1952. Motion duly made and seconded that Good Friday, April 11, 1952, be observed as a ;,egal Holiday, and that an Court House Offices are to be opened *.0 conduct business as usual on
