Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Minute Nos. 15, 161 16-A, 17, 189 19, 20, 21 and. 22 were read and approved. Motion carried. Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., April 14, 1952 Board of Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Pettit, Motion by Mr. bane,' seconded by Mr. Pettit, that William Crockett, Assistant Sealer in the Sealer of Weights and Measures Department, be notified that his Leave -of -Absence 1has expired and is to return to work on April 16, 1952. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Michael Blazowski be appointed as Ian Assistant Field Assessor in the Tax Assessment Office; this action being effective April 21, 11952. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that a refund voucher in the amount df 1$8.91 be made payable to Mellon National. Bank & Trust Co..4 Executor of the Charles S. Seaton JEsta.te, said refund to cover Personal Property Tax paid by the Mellon Natioml Bank & Trust Co., date of payment July 18th, 1951 on 50 shares of J. P. Stevens & Go., Inc. Capital Stock inacjvert- ently returned; this -stock declared exempt in 1950. The Mellon National filed just a valuation and did not list their stock on the 1951 Return for the Seaton Estate but they have sent to us a Photostat of security holdings which the J. P.
