Notion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following personnel in the
I Tax Claim Bureau, shall give Fidelity Bohds to the Commonwealth in the following amounts:
E. M. Lheureau, Jr., Director $25,000.00
Amor Flenniken, Bookkeeper 10,000.00
Adeline Wright, Window Clerk 5,000.00
Margaret Prebeg, Window Clerk 5,000.00
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs.

Lotion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the County Controller be author-
ized to advertise for bids on furnishing and delivery of Three (3) Sections of movable Pre -fab-
ricated Stell and Glass Interior Partition Panels total approximately 34 feet and 4 inches in

length and having a total height of 7 feet and 2J inches above floor, to the Court House in
Washington, Pa., said bids to be received until nwo o'clock, a.m., Eastern Daylight Savings
Time, Wednesday, may l.l., 1952, and opened immediately thereafter in the Office of the County
Commissioners; a certified check in the amount of $100.00 must accompany proposal of each bidder
and the right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to make such an award as may be to the

best interest of Washington County.
Motion carried.
