Motion duly made and seconded that the following Resolutions in regard to sale of
properties for unpaid taxes by the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau, be adopted:

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs.

Motion by fir. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the County Treasurer be and is
hereby directed to cancel the Treasurer's Tax Sale of dune 25, 1918 for the 19152, 1916" 1917
County Taxes, plus sale costs, for property assessed to A. Armstrong and described as, Lot #62,
West Side Land Company Plan, East Pike Run Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, inasmuch the
assessment to A. Armstrong was incorrect as he never owned the above described lot. The Tax Claim
Bureau and the Assessment Office and the Office of the Prothonotary, are hereby directed to mark
their records accordingly.

Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the County Treasurer be and is
hereby directed to cancel the Treasurer's Tax Sale of April 29, 1940 for the 1932, 1933, 1934
