LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS n County Taxes, plus sale costs, for property assessed to Harry Frazier and described as, Lot #3, Anderson Plan, Burton Avenue, Washington 6th Ward, Washington County, Pennsylvania, inasmuch the assessment to Harry Frazier was incorrect as he was not the owner for the said years. The record owner being H. C. and Mary M. Jolliffe, his wife, for the years 1925 thru 19/+8. The Tax Claim Bureau and the Assessment Office and the Office of the Prothonotary, are hereby directed to mak their records accordingly. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that a refund voucher in the amount of $13.90 paid on August 1, 1951, be made payable to Frank and Della Greco, Otis Street, Monongahela, Pa., on property situated in the City of Monongahela - 3rd Hard. This refund being made, due to the fact, that on August 1, 1951, the same amount of $13.90 was paid for the 1951 County Taxes by the First Federal Savings and Loan Association. Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare the said voucher for the refund of this duplicate payment. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that a refund voucher in the amount of $ 13.54 paid on June 28., 1951, be made payable to the Bank of Elizabeth, Elizabeth, Pa., for which check was sent in payment of the J. Boyd Sargent County Taxes. This refund being made, due to the fact, that on July 30, 1951, the same amount of $13.54-,.was paid for the County Taxes by the said Bank. Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare the said voucher for the refund of this duplicate payment. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the County Controller be author- ized to advertise for bids for furnishing and delivery of a Two -Door Standard Wayfarer Dodge with Heater, Defroster and Undercoated, with locks on both doors, to be used in the Sheriff's Office; Isaid Bids to be received until 11:00 a.m., EDST., Monday, June 2, 1952, and opened immediately thereafter in the Office of the County Commissioners; a certified check in the amount of $200.00 must accompany proposal of each bidder and the right is reserved to reject any or all bids. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned.
