Washington, Pa., dune 6, 1952
Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs,
Pettit, bane and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Lane.. seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following persons nambd below
be appointed as Chain Men in the Tax Assessment Office; this action being effective to the dates
following the name of each employee:
Harold Cass June 91, 1952
Edward M. Forrest Jtme 9, 1952
Robert Cortese June 16, 1952
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Iran, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the County provide for a pro-
portion of the Show at the rooming County Free Fair to be held the week of August 17th, 1952, by
the payment of $1000,00 to the Pennsylvania State Police for their Rodeo Show. Performances to
be given during the said Fair at the discretion of the Fair Management.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.

Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the County Controller be author-
ized to advertise for the printing and delivery of Election Supplies for the General Election of
1952; bids to be opened Monday.. June 23, 1952 at 11:00 a.m., E.D.S.T.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.
