LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS NO. 43 Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., July 3, 1952 Board of County Commissioners in regular session,>>those present being Messrs. Pettit and Lane. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Inc. Pettit, that the following persons nambd below be appointed as Chain Men in the Tax Assessment Office; this action being retroactive to th,s dates following the name of each employee: John E. Chopp June 24.. 1952 Charles Terrance Koval Jb17 4 1952 Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that John Mascaro be appointed as an Assistant Field Assessor in the Tax Assessment Office; this action being retroactive to July 1, 1952. Motion carried. i Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Robert J, Coulson be appointed asi a Crew Leader in the Tax Assessment Office; this action being retroactive to July 1, 1952. I Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following Polling Place be designated as follows; petition for said change having been duly presented to the Board prior to ten days before the Eloction and notices of the contemplated change posted as required by law: � Washington City, 7th Ward, 3rd Precinct From: A. Blaine Day Garage To: Firements Hall, corner of Wylie and Norwood Rental: Same - $10.00 Motion carried, Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the Board for the Assessment and I Revision of Taxes be authorized to prepare voucher for refund in favor of Robert J. Miles, R. D. ,#1 Washington,, Pa, in Amwell Township in the amount of $3.90 covering 1950 County Tax paid under date of October 7, 1950 in the amount of $2.09 including the penalty and the 1951 County Tax paid July 28, 1951 in the amount of $1.81 net, for which receipts are attached. These taxes were based on a duplicate assessment described as a "Lot 1, up ltl,. Jesse Evans P1" at $200.00 � which was added to the records in 1950 by the ,Assessor when the above described lot was already on the assessment records with an unfinished house. Copies of this minute with proper receipts are to be sent to the Supervisors and the School Board of Amwell Township. Motion carried. ! I Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the land damages in the amount ofI $250,00 be paid to BOLES ZANYOISKT, R.
