Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs.
Pettit, Lane and Mazza.
Motion duly made and seconded that the Board for the Assessment and Revision of
Taxes be authorized to prepare voucher for refund in favor of Bela E. Czoka, Centerville, Pa., in
Centerville Borough in the amount of $1.90 for which receipt is attached, covering 1951 County
Tax paid at face under date of August 17, 1951 on an assessment described as "Lot adj. Highway Gar"
at 100 and his occupation described as "Laborer" at $100., making a total assessment of $200.00.
This assessment is a duplication with his proper assessment described as 112 Lots and an unfinished
4 Rm House", on which the taxes are paid, added to the records as coming from the Jones &
Laughlin Steel Company in 1951, whereas it properly came from Rosenfield and is one and the same
as the former assessment of a "Plot", noted on the records as coming from Rosenfield.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.

Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Sophie Nanie be appointed Assessor
in Monongahela City, Second Ward, filling the vacancy existing.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.
