Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs.
Pettit, Lane and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Louis quail be appointed as
a Field Assessor in the Tax Assessment Office; this action being retroactive to September
1, 1952.
Motion carried.
Plans for the improvement of State Legislative Route 62063-1 in Nottingham
Township were presented to the Board of Commissioners, with a request that Washington County
participate in the payment of damages to property and utilities which may be affected by this
improvement, which damages are estimated to total Four Thousand one hundred and fifty (4150.00)
Dollars.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Washington County shall
contribute the sum of Seven Hundred and fifty (750.00) Dollars toward the payment of property
damages on Legislative Route 62063-1.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the
meeting adjourned.
