LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS Motion by Mr, bane, seconded.by Mr. Mazza, that the Goal Bids be tabled until I Thursday, October 2, 1952 at 1;30 P.M., for further discussion until the lowest bidder turns in an analy4is of the coal and the source of the coal. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the.Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the Goal. Contract for the 1952-1953 season for furnishing and delivering coal to the Court House and Jail as per specifi- cations attached to the submitted bi4, be awarded to NORTON 'WRIGHT and MIKE KUZY, 1190 Arch Street, Washington, Pa., the bid being $5.85 per ton including delivery and $5.00-per ton without delivery; this bid being the lowest of the three bids submitted. )Notion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the resignation of John 'Xay Blaine, Draftsman in the Tax Assessment Office, be accepted; this action being effective October 3, 1952. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded b1T Mr. Dane, that a refund voucher in the amount of $9.50 paid on August 30, 1952, be made payable to Louis and Maria Cerbara, Denbo, Pa., on property situated in the Borough of Centerville. This refund is being made, due to the fact, that on August 1, 1952, the amount of $9.03 was paid (at Net) for the 1952 County Taxes. There- fore, the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said voucher for the refund of this dupli- cate payment. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Lane, that a refund voucher in the amount of $1.82 paid on August 1, 1952, be made payable to Cora and Bird Roberts, R. D. 2, Eighty -Four, Pa. This refund is being made, due to the fact, that on July 29, 1952, the same amount of $1.82 was paid (at Net) for the 1952 Occupational Taxes. Therefore, the Tax C14U Bureau is authoriz- ed to prepare said voucher for the refund of this duplicate payment. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the Juvenile Detention Hone be moved to the Institution District; this action being effective October 16, 1952. __4 Motion carried.
