LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS 77 I 1 0 NO. 72 Pettit and Mazza. Office of the County Commissioners Washington., Pa.., November 6, 1952 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Motion by Mr. Mazza., seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following persons be named as Assistants to the Official Return Board to compute the votes cast at the General Election held November /+, 1952: W. W. Croner Philomena Prencipe Marie Wyke Beverly Davis Rosalie Amatangelo Elmer Obitko Mona Lee Clark Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. THE FOREGOING MINUTE READ AND APPROVED: December 195 19 A YS TTES h jef ief Clerk; NO. 73 Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., November 10,, 1952 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Pettit, Lane and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr, Mazza, that a refund voucher in the amount of $9.50 paid on August 30., 1952, be made payable to John & Mary Verbanish,, 1660 Schoon- maker Avenue, Monessen, Pa.., on property situated in the Township of Fallowfield. This refund being made., due to the fact., that on August 30., 1952, the same amount of $9,50 was paid for the 1952 County Taxes of John Beek and John and Mary Verbanish. Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said voucher for the refund of this duplicate payment. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane., seconded by Mr. Mazza., that John Craig., employee of the Fair Grounds, Institution District, be transferred to the Court House payroll, employed as a Firemen in the Boiler Room; this action being effective November 1., 1952. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit,, that Robert Gordon, be appointed as a Painter in the Court House; this action being effective October 27, 1952. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that James J, Kane., be appointed as a Field Assessor in the Tax Assessment Office.- this action being effective November 1,V 1952. 4 Motion carried.
