LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS r NO. 78-A Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., November 28, 1952 Board of County Commissioners and Deputy Controller, net in special session for the purpose of awarding bids for a Mailing Machine with Postage Meter. Those present at the meeting were Messrs. Pettit, Lane and Deputy Controller Dentel. Motion of Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr, Pettit, that the bid for a Pitney -Bowes RD.Postage Meter be awarded to Pitney -Bowes, Incorporated, Stanford Connecticut (Branch Sales & Service 938 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh 22, Pennsylvania) for the amount of 1,033.92; this includes: List cost of machine $11023.50 Transportation & Delivery 10.42 Total $11033.92 This being the lowest and only bid received. Motion carried There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. i' i # �i � i j`•�i 5ii December , 1952 ATTEST Chief Clerk NO. 79 Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., December 15, 1952 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Pettit, Lane and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Minute Nos. 71, 72, 73, 73-A, 73-B, 74, 74 A, 75, 76, 77, 78 and 78 A were read and approved. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr, Mazza, that the insurance limit in the Treasures Office be as follows: 203,000.00 robbery outside premises. $20,000.00 robery inside premites.. 20,000.00 safe burglary. Motion carried, Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that a voucher be made out to the Washington County Agricultural Fair Association Incorporated in the sum of $866.12, for the balance of money due.
