LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS NO. 88 Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., January 24, 1953 Board of County Commissioners met in special session at 11200 a.m., Saturday morning, those present being Messrs. Pettit and Mazza, Solicitor David H. Weiner, Deputy Con- troller Dentel and County Controller Solicitor P. V. Marino. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that a transfer be made for the 1951 delinquent taxes from County Real Estate Taxes to County occupation Taxes in the amount of $465.16, based on the apparent error in the report of delinquent taxes for the 2nd Ward, City of Washington and the County Controller is hereby authorized to credit County Real Estate Taxes in the year 1951 for said amount and debit County Occupation Taxes in the same amount, Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Peter Elish, former Treasurer be exonerated in his 1951 delinquent duplicate on County Occupation Taxes in the amount of $465.16, based on the apparent error in his report of delinquent taxes in 1951 for the 2nd Ward, City of Washington. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. March 4, 953 ATTEST Ad, :5U_ Z� Chief i k NO. 89 Pettit and Lane. Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., January 28, 1953 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that William Aubrey be appointed as an Appraiser in the Tax Assessment office; this action being retroactive to January 16,1953. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the subsistence of the Matron and Assistant Matron at the Juvenile Detention Home be increased from $1.25 per day to $100.00 per month; this action being effective February 1, 1953• Motion carried unanimously.
