LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the MONONGAHELA PUBLISHING COMPANY, Monongahela, Pa., and the WARD PRINTING COMPANY, Washington, Pa., be awarded the con- tract for furnishing ballots for the 1953 Primary Election for the prices as set forth in their joint bid. Notion carried. Motion by Mre Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that WILLIAM G. JOHNSTON CC"ANY, 1130 Ridge Avenue, Pittsburgh 12, Pa., be awarded the contract for the furnishing of Election Supplies for the 1953 Primary Election for the sum of $1798.00 (One Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety -Eight Dollars and No Cents.) Motion carried. - Notion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that T. M. BEDILLION, R. D. 4.9 Washington, Pa., be awarded the contract for delivering of ballot boxes and election supplies to the 188 Election Districts in the County for the sum of $495,00 (Four Hundred Ninety -Five Dollars.) Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. THE FOREGOING MINUTE READ AND APPROVED: Marc , 953 ATTES tT / Chief Clerk / NO. 92 A Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., February 9, 1953 Board of County- Commissioners in regular session for the purpose of opening bids for furnishing Fleet Insurance in a reliable and approved stock company for public liability, property damage, comprehensive A.C.V., fire, theft and collision coverage on trucks, automobiles and road building machinery owned and operated by Washington County. Those present at the meet- ing were Commissioners Pettit, Mazza and County Controller Roule. In accordance with the aforemention advertisement, the following bids were opened and read for the Fleet Insurance: Gentlemen: We respectfully submit the following quotation for Fleet Insurance for Public Liability, Property Damage, Comprehensive A.C.V., Fire Theft and Collision coverage as per schedule of equipment submitted to us, to be written for a term of one (1) year effective at noon February 18, 1953. Premium for Liability and Property Damage is: 1. $1,380.25 To be placed with following Company: The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company Premium for Comprehensive A-C-V., Fire, Theft and Collision is: 2. 4.380.41 The Ohio Insurance Company . Total premium for coverage or total of items 1 and 2 is: 3• $2,760.66 Certified check in the amount of $100.00, made payable to George F.
