LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS 199 3/8" white wood staff, with 2-3/4" gild spear head; must be delivered by May 12, 1953- Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Minute Nos. 86, 87, 88, 89, 89-A, 90, 91, 92y 92A, 93, 94, 95, and 96 were read and approved. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. Pettit and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Elmer Obitko, of the Registra- tion Office, be transferred to the Tax Claim Bureau as a Clerk; this action being effective March 1, 1953- Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. April 1 53 /1 ATTES Chief elerk NO. 99 Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., March 119 1953 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Pettit, Lane and Mazza. Motion duly made and seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted. WHEREAS, it appears to the County Commissioners that the necessity of the County require ground atthe County Seat for the purpose of providing needed additional office space required by law to be furnished by them and not available in the present Court House, and for the further purpose of providing additional building or buildings for carrying on the additiobal and increased functions and duties of the 'County sstoners; and WHEREAS, by an option executed by GEORGE C. HEER and 00LDiE W. HEER, his wife, JOSEPH F. HEER and CLARA HEER, his wife, and BENJAMIN J. HEER and MOLLIE HEER, his wife, dnd dated March 11, 1953., the County'Commissioners of Washington County have been granted the exclu- sive option to purchase for the price or sum of Seventy Thousand (000.00) Dollars, at any time within thirty (36) days from this date, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances of:- (1) ALL that certain lot of ground situate in the First Ward of the City of Washington, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and being the Eastern one-half of Lot No. 127 in the original plan of the Borough of Washington, bounded and described as follows:
