Pa., April 29, 1953 Board of County Commissioners in regular session for the purpose of awarding I bids for the delivery of 2030 bronze grave markers with brass rods. Those present at the meeting were Messrs. Lane, Mazza and Deputy Controller Dentel. 4 In accordance with the aforemention advertisement action was taken upon the bids which were opened on April 22, 1953• Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Lane, that Frank H. Detwiler be awarded the bid to deliver 2030 bronze grave markers with brass rods; being the lowest bid received, $3,100.00. Markers to be delivered as follows: 1000 markers by May 25, 1953 and 1030 markers by June. Motion carried. Deputy Controller Dentel, excused from the meeting at this time. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Lane, that the. following Polling Places be designated as follows: petition for said change having been duly presented to the Board prior to ten day before the Election and notices of the contemplated change posted as required by law: Cokeburg 3 From: 'Cokeburg school To: Borough Building Rental: None i Roscoe From: American Legion Hall To: Firemen's Building Rental: $12.00 1 Motion carried.
