LANE, JOHN MA;ZA, COMMISSIONERS NO, 127 Office of the County Cowzdssioners Washington, Pa., July 13, 1953 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Pettit and Mazza.. Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Franklin Cortese, be appointed as a temporary draftsman in the Tax Assessment Office, this action retroactive to July 3, 1953- Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. THE kREGOING MINUTE READ AND APPROVED: J A NO. 126 Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., July 16, 1953 Board of County Commissioners in special session, those present being Messrs. Pettit and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following Field Registra- tion days be approved. Hours 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. Evenings 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. August 21 Somerset Consolidated Schools August 24 Speers Borough Building Note: Committee members are not permitted to serve as Field Registrars. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. _ THE FOREGOING MINUTE READ AND APPROVED: NO. 129 Ln Office of the County Cov ni.ssioners Washington, Pa., July 17, 1953 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Bernard Neil, be appointed as a field assessor in the Tax Assessment Office, this action retroactive to July 1, 1953- Motion carried.
