Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs.

Pettit, Lane and Mazza.
i Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that a refund voucher in the amount
of $8.74, be made payable to Martha M. Crumri.ne, said refund to cover 1952 Personal Property Tax
on 25 shares of Du Pont, paid July 14, 1952. This stock declared exempt from Personal Property
s
Tax by the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. Therefore, the Tax Assessment Office is author-
ized to prepare a refund voucher in the amount of $8.74*
Motion carried.

Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that a refund voucher in the amount
of $11.40, be made payable to Andy Paraschak et ux, said refund to cover Personal Property Tax
paid July 12, 1952 on mortgage against W. F. & Thelma Ermlick. This tax was also filed and
paid in Fayette 'County where he resides. Therefore, the Tax Assessment Office, is authorized

to prepare a refund voucher in the amount of $11.40o.

Mr. Crumrine and Mr. Roule, County Controller, entered the meeting at this time

g in regards to the purchasing of the steel truss bridge located at Waynesburg and Franklin Town-
ship over Ten Mile Creek.
3 Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the County purchase this steel
truss bridge from Contractor Charles C. Bissett, for the price of three cents per pound. The
price submitted by Charles C. Bissett for The Waynesburg -Pittsburgh Local Express, of $600.00
i includes the loading, hauling and unloading of the steel to the Washington County Fairgrounds.
I Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the
meeting adjourned.
