LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the MONONGAHELA PUBLISHING CCMPANY, Monongahela, Pa., and the WARD PRINTING COMPANY, Washington, Pa., be awarded the con- tract for furnishing ballots for the 1953 General Election for the price as set forth in their joint bid. Motion carried. Notion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the WILLIAM G. JOHNSTON O£IWANY, 1130 Ridge Avenue, Pittsburgh 12, Pa., be awarded the contract for the furnishing of Election Supplies for the 1953 General Election for the price of $1783.00, (One thousand seven hundred eighty three dollars and no cents.) Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that T. M. Bedillion, N. D. 4# Wash- ington, Pa., be awarded the contract for the delivering of ballot boxes and election supplies to the 188 Election Precincts in the County for the sum of $550.00 (Dive hundred and Fifty Dollars.) Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that a refund voucher in the amount of $9.98 paid on June 13, 1953, be made payable to Mary Ingoglia McLane, 41-11 Elbertson Street, Elmhurst 73, New York, on property situate in Monongahela lot Ward described as Frame House, Lot 31 - part 32 DB 757 - 146 Colvin Plan. This refund being made, due to the fact, that on June 19, 1953, the same amount of $9.98 was paid for the 1953 County Tax. Therefore, the Tax Maim Bureau is authorized to prepare the said voucher for the refund of this duplicate payment. adjourned. Motion carried.
