July 26, 1953 TO: Commissioners of Washington County Washington, Pennsylvania In accordance with the advertisement of the County Controller, inviting proposals for furnishing and delivering one (1) Sound Movie Projector Bell and Howell Model 202-C, to the Washington County Court House, Washington, Pa., I (or We) propose to furnish and deliver said projector in accordance with the attached specifications: $699.00 Amount of Bid. A certified check in the amount of $100.00 is herewith enclosed. LIBERTY PHOTO SUPPLY 436 Wood Street Pittsburgh 22, Penna. Terms: 2% 20 days E.Q.M. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the Penn Camera & Photo Supply be awarded the bid for the delivering of one (1) Sound Movie Projector Bell. and Hwell Model 202-C, for the Washington County Agricultural Extension Association; this being the lowest bid received in the amount of $559.00, Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this tiem, the meeting adjourned. t • � � a i� � �� + air Augus , 1953 ATT Chief Clark NO. 135 A Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., July 31, 1953 Board of County Commissioners and Deputy Controller met in special elpsion to take action upon the bid Which was opened at 11:00 a.m., for the delivering of one (1) used Jeep to the County Court House. Those present at the meeting were Commissioners Pettit, Lane and Massa and Deputy Controller Dentel. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Gino Santoni, be awarded the contract for delivering one (1) used Jeep to the County Court House; this being the only and lowest bid received in the amount of $900.00. John Andy, chief mechanic, reported that the Jeep met all specifications as were advertised by the County Controller. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. C� �J E
