MINUTE BO'OK BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' WAS.HINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYL.VANIA FRANCIS E. PETTIT, W. J. LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS Fi Stella Ftaklas and again on August 1,'1953, the Clark Mortgage Corporation paid the same amount of $5.99, covering the 1953 County Tax. Inasmuch as, the Clark Mortgage Corporation has already charged this amount to the account of John and Stella Ftaklas, it is requested that the duplicate payment be refunded to John and Stella Ptaklas. Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare the said voucher for the refund of this duplicate payment. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Fred Caruso, Sealer of Weights and Measures and William Crockett, Assistant Sealer of Weights and Measures, be given $150.00 for expenses to attend the Sealer of Weights and Measures Convention at Reading, Pennsylvania, on September 29, 30 and October 1 and 2, 1953- Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meet - ing adjourned.
