HomeMy WebLinkAboutCOMM - Meeting Minutes - 4-S-02 - 1-17-2002 - SALARY222 M11NUTE BOOK �WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA Minute No. 4-S-02 Washington County Commissioners Washington, Pa., October 17, 2002 The Washington County Salary Board met in session in the Public Meeting Room of the Courthouse Square Office Building, Washington, Pennsylvania, with the following members being present: Commissioners John P. Bevec, Diana L. Irey and J. Bracken Burns, Sr. and Controller Mike Namie. Also being present: Judge Richard DiSalle, Solicitor; Cathi Kresh, Administrator/Chief Clerk; Michelle Miller Kotula and Carrie Taylor, Human Resources; Judge Thomas Gladden; Chris Brady, Court Administrator; Debbie Bardella, Recorder of Deeds; and Stacey Wolford, Valley Independent. Chairman Bevec called the meeting to order at approximately 11:00 a.m. and noted that an Executive Session was held on October 15, 2002 to discuss personnel matters. Chairman Bevec entertained a motion to approve Minute No. 3-5-02 dated July 18, 2002. Moved by Mrs. Irey, seconded by Mr. Burns, approving Minute No. 3-S-02 as written. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Namie — Yes; Mr. Burns — Yes; Mrs. Irey — Yes; Mr. Bevec — Yes. Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENTS None Chairman Bevec noted for the record it is the consensus of the Salary Board that any procedural errors in the 2002 salary schedules may be corrected administratively by Human Resources. COURTS Chris Brady, Court Administrator, was present on behalf of Judge Gladden who had to leave the meeting to be in court. 4237 - JUVENILE PROBATION Deanna Lonick, Site Based Monitor, rate 8.79/hour to Senior Site Based Monitor, rate 10.50/hour, reclassify from Site Based Monitor to Senior, eff. 8/1/02 Moved by Mrs. Irey, seconded by Mr. Burns, approving the foregoing Memorandum of Understanding. Roll call vote taken: Ms. Brady — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes; Mr. Burns — Yes; Mrs. Irey — Yes; Mr. Bevec — Yes. Motion carried unanimously. 41984 - COURT AUTOMATION Steve Tkach, Director of Court Automation, 45,894.64 to Director of Court Technology, 50,000.00, reclassify position, eff. 8/1/02 Moved by Mrs. Irey, seconded by Mr. Burns, approving the foregoing Memorandum of Understanding.
