Washington, Pa., December 18, 2003
The Washington County Salary Board met in the Public Meeting Room of the Courthouse Square Office
Building, Washington, Pennsylvania, with the following members being present: Commissioners John P. Bevec, Diana
L. Irey and J. Bracken Burns, Sr.; President Judge David Gilmore and Controller Michael Namie. Also being present:
Richard DiSalle, Solicitor; Cathi Kresh, Administrator/Chief Clerk; Linda Belcher, Administrative Assistant; Barbara
Tom Jess, Probation Services; Chris Brady, Court Administrator; Steve Tkach, Court Automation; Roger Metcalfe,
Budget Director; Michelle Miller Kotula and Carrie Taylor, Human Resources; Harry Sabatasse , Ron and Maya Patch,
interested citizens; Linda Metz, Observer -Reporter; Jim Jefferson, WJPA and Stacy Wolford, Valley Independent.
Chairman Bevec called the meeting to order at approximately 11:05 a.m. and noted that an Executive Session was
held on December 4 and December 13, 2003 to discuss personnel matters.
Chairman Bevec entertained a motion to approve Minute No. 4-S-03 dated September 18, 2003.
Moved by Mrs. Irey, seconded by Mr. Burns, approving Minute No. 4-S-03 as written.
