Washington, Pa., March 1, 2007
The Washington County Salary Board met in the Public Meeting Room of the Courthouse Square Office
Building, Washington, Pennsylvania, with the following members being present: Commissioners Larry Maggi, Bracken
Burns and Diana L. Irey; Controller Michael Namie. Also being present: Scott Fergus, Director of Administration; Tim
McCullough and Janice Urban, Human Resources; Lynn DeHaven, Solicitor; Mary Helicke, Chief Clerk; Linda Belcher,
Administrative Assistant; Harlan Shober, and Carl Maggi, interested citizens; Barbara Miller, Observer -Reporter and Jim
Jefferson, WJPA.
Co -Chairman Maggi called the meeting to order at approximately 10:55a.m.
Co -Chairman Maggi entertained a motion to approve Minute No. 2-S-07 dated February 1, 2007.
Moved by Mrs. Irey, seconded by Mr. Burns, approving Minute No. 2-S-07 as written.
Roll call vote taken:
Mr. Namie = Yes; Mrs. Irey — Yes;
Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mr. Burns - Yes.
Motion carried unanimously.
PUBLIC COMMENTS

FOR THE BOARD'S CONSIDERATION
Moved by Mrs. Irey, seconded by Mr. Burns, approving the following item as listed for the Elections Office.

Mr. Maggi - Yes; Mr. Burns - Yes.
Motion carried unanimously.

the consensus of the Salary Board that any procedural errors in the 2007 salary schedule book may be corrected
administratively by Human Resources.
There being no further business, Co -Chairman Maggi declared the meeting adjourned at 10:57 a.m.
