Chairman Maggi called the meeting to order at approximately 11:00a.m. Chairman Maggi entertained a motion to approve Minute No. 2-S-08 dated February 7, 2008. Moved by Mrs. Irey, seconded by Mr. Burns, approving Minute No. 2-S-08 as written. Roll call vote taken: Mrs. Irey — Yes; Mr. Burns — Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes. Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENTS John Adams, of Avella, commented on the slots revenue money and how it is distributed. COURTS President Judge O'Dell Seneca expressed her appreciation to the Board and Salary Board for working together with the Courts in handling personnel changes. She noted it is always a pleasure working with the Commissioners.
