The Washington County Salary Board met in session in the Public Meeting Room of the Courthouse
Square Office Building, Washington, Pennsylvania, at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 27, 1995,
with the following members being present: Commissioners Petrosky, Bassi and Ford and Controller
Belcastro. Also being present: Chief Clerk Dallatore; Linda Hands, Clerk -Steno II; Kathy Emery, County
Solicitor; Sam Marra, Director of Administration; Dick Cibella, Director of Employee Relations and Janice
